Just a note to mention what a good job Kerry-Anne and Ed did for us in our recent house sale. We have used Kerry-Anne and Ed a few times before and they always do a good job. Our last house was sold within 3 days and had a mid-December closing date. Not your easiest task.
Also, Ed and Kerry-Anne took us into a number of competing homes in our territory so that we were aware and comfortable with our asking price. They also kept in touch with us concerning values of homes for sale in our new neighbourhood. This keeps us in the loop and maintains our relationship.  We will use Ed and Kerry-anne again in our next residential transaction.

I recently purchased a house with Kerry-Anne and Ed.  Actually this is my second house with Ed and Kerry-Anne and our family's fifth experience using them.  The reason we went back to them was that the experience was so great.  Our deals were particularly difficult as there were multiple owners (my father, myself and my sister), who invariably all have different opinions…..
 
Kerry-Anne was especially great at letting me know what kinds of questions to ask of the current owner,  since the last place we purchased was empty.  Ed was great at making the whole deal easy to execute and both were helpful and very timely in there responses and responsiveness.  I recommend them to all of my friends and would and will use them again!
